ambridge Advanced is typically for learners aged 16 to 19 years who need advanced study to prepare for university and higher education. It offers learners Cambridge International AS &ALevel.
Cambridge Advanced builds on the foundations of Cambridge Upper Secondary, although learners do not need to complete that stage before this one.
Students study 4 subjects from the start of Y12, although this can drop down to 3 at the start of Y13 – this is in line with International Expectations.

A Level qualifications are recognised in over 150 countries worldwide, either as qualifications on their own, or as qualifications that can be made to be equivalent to local exams.
Some Romanian Universities accept ALevel qualifications, or they can be transferred to Baccalaureate grade if needed.
Students who study with us who are Romanian are still counted as local students at Romanian Universities.
At the end of Y12, students usually take 50% of their exams for the full qualification. This is called an AS Level Exam. They then complete the final 50% at the end of Y13.
