Adela worked 15 years in building teams, creating educational programs and leading/growing businesses within the IT world. Before that she was a teacher/tutor for 5 years and at the age of 25 she already acted as Head of Mathematics in a Private School, preparing for – and examining – extended and core courses/exams .

She has a lot of confidence in students, and considers positive thinking is the most valuable asset for building a better self. Her values are respect, kindness and modesty. She always worked & lived in a multicultural environment. Teaching, mentoring and developing skills is what she likes the most to do for a living. She has a master degree in Math and bachelor in Computer Science, and she always keeps studying.
