Born just outside of London, Lotty has a degree in Creative Music Technology from the University of Hull. However, during her career she discovered she had an affinity with young children and can communicate with them and make them feel safe and valued. This was discovered in her last role which was based in a large school in the UK, where she was solely responsible for the well-being of 345 students.

She has a flair for the Musical and theatrical arts, as she was in a dance school from the age of 3-18, and has a passion for music – shown in her performance of her instruments (Violin, Piano, Guitar and Vocals). 

She is a very keen and experienced horse rider and has continued this hobby since she was 9 years old, furthermore she is extremely passionate about animals, and animal welfare.
