Horatiu Mihali, Audit Partner, boasts extensive professional experience in managing audits for numerous Romanian companies, as well as for international groups, predominantly based in Transylvania. Throughout his career, he has been involved not only in financial audit projects but also in missions auditing information systems, reviewing the implementation of ERP solutions, and optimizing internal control systems. Additionally, Horatiu has experience in transactions on the US capital market, having participated as an auditor in the listing of a foreign company on the New York Stock Exchange. He is an active member of the Cluj business community, involved in supporting new foreign investors and the academic environment. Horatiu graduated from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and is a member of ACCA and CAFR.
