Royal School is a wonderful project at the heart of the international community. I joined the Board hoping that my expertise in Quality management, Continuous Improvement, Standardisation and Problem Solving can support smooth and effective running of the school. The growth of the school and transfer to a well working and structured organization comes with some challenges. We as Board have the task to support this process providing advice and making decisions. It is very valuable learning about the way the school operates and observing the transition to a mature and healthy organization.
