Her career started in Human Resources and Recruitment, gaining a vast amount of experience and knowledge related to the world of work and career management, and has continued in Career Counseling, Project Management and Training in the most recent years, alongside 2 NGOs that have shaped the way she is looking at youth potential – EvoCariera Association and The National Organization of Romanian Scouts.

She is passionate about discovering each young person she works with, and has a strong belief that giving trust and support to the young people is the key ingredient for healthy and meaningful relationships with them. Apart from her work as a Career Counselor, Andra is a trainer and a counseling specialist in her private practice.

Outside her professional life, Andra enjoys volunteering for the Scouts and spending her weekends in nature, hiking or taking a walk through the beautiful forests around Cluj. She loves coffee, all of Jody Picoult’s novels and uses her free time to invest in herself by reading Psychology and Human Behaviour books.
