Royal School in Transylvania - Trips and Adventures!

Here at Royal School we know how important learning outside of the classroom can be. We believe strongly in giving our students as many experiences as possible. Whether that is with our youngest children travelling to the Botanical Gardens, all the way up to our High School students exploring a major European City together!

We are proud of the range of experiences we offer, and our approach to independent exploration and learning for all.

KS1

Local Trips

Our youngest children will go on at least 1 local trip every month, from swimming to seeing the natural world. Stepping out of the classroom is the beginning of a new adventure!

KS2

Local Residentials

As the children get older we introduce 2-5 day residential trips within Romania, these trips are designed to help the children experience life away from home for the first time!

KS3

International Experiences

As students become teenagers they experience an international trip for the first time. These locations are chosen for their proximity to Romania, and a range of experiences the young people can enjoy. Last year we travelled to Austria!

KS4/5

A Grand Adventure

The largest and most exciting trips that the students can enjoy. Every year we take our High School Students to cities all around Europe to experience the best this continent can offer. Whether it is, London, Rome, Paris or Berlin - this trip is bound to be a Grand Adventure!
